Kidnapping, Murder Suspect Transferred to Cameron County Jail

Twenty four-year-old, Abraham Parra was arrested in Laredo on Tuesday.
Authorities say he, along with 29-year-old, Francisco Javier Flores and three others, kidnapped and murdered Reyes Bocanegra from Mariscos Playa Azul Restaurant, last month.
Investigators believe the suspects are members of the PRM Prison Gang, and that the motive was drug-related.
