Bust Yields over 100 pounds of Marijuana in Edinburg

Authorities say an officer pulled over a vehicle on the 300 block of North McColl Road yesterday afternoon. A K-9 detected narcotics inside the car, uncovering suitcases filled with marijuana.
A search warrant was conducted at an apartment on the 2500 block of Toledo Ave. where investigators say there was a marijuana operation.
Police confiscated 113 pounds of the narcotic. Three male suspects are facing charges.
