Alleged Sexual Predator Arrested in Rio Hondo

Authorities say a camera caught 52-year-old Esteban Elizondo watching the 12-year-old take a shower early Sunday morning, at a residence on the 100 block of Bluebonnet Street.
Records state the girl was the one who set up the camera to record everything. That video has been submitted into evidence.
Elizondo, a Rio Hondo Resident, was issued a $35,000 bond yesterday.
