Breaking news, a second Starr County Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested in connection to a federal bribery, extortion and drug scheme.
Federal investigators say 26-year-old Jason Munsell, along with Deputy Nazario Solis, accepted bribes to protect an illegal gambling operation. They face two counts of drug charges.
