Pharr Teenage Mother Arraigned in Connection to Baby’s Death

FOX 2 was in the courtroom today. Authorities say the 16-year-old admitted to tossing her baby in a dumpster back in may. However, as of now she isn’t facing murder charges because officials have yet to locate the fetus. Authorities are still trying to determine if the baby reached the full 9-months or was aborted early.
The teen has been charged with perjury and injury to a corpse. Her hearing has been postponed to the beginning of August.
