Police Crackdown on Window Tints

Palmview Police is cracking down on drivers who break the law by tinting their windows too dark.

Authorities say many drivers don’t mean any harm, and are just trying to keep cool from the South Texas heat; but some are completely unaware of the 25% legal tint limit, anything lower results in a traffic stop and citation.

Police say it’s best to get your car tinted at a professional business, because they will stick to the legal requirements.
