Free Summer Meals for Kids in San Carlos, TX

Children in San Carlos will not be going hungry this summer thanks to free meals provided at the CIT’s Community Center.

Funding from the Texas Department of Agriculture and an initiative by Commissioner Joseph Palacios are making this possible. The center provides meals twice a day for any child that comes to the center.

The center also offers summer programs for the children in this community and partners with church groups who donate clothing and school supplies for the kids.
