Health Matters: Hydrating Foods
This article was published 10 months 18 days ago which may make its actuality or accuracy no longer valid. Foxrio2.com is not responsible for any misunderstanding. It’s important to remember the human body is over 70% water. That’s right, we are mostly made of water.
We need to take in water in as many different ways as possible; we drink water, tea, coffee.
There are also foods that can hydrate you.
Fruits and vegetables are mostly water.
Watermelon, the name says it all, is over 90%; as is the case with almost all of the melons.
Therefore, if you want hydrating foods, melons are a great way to go.
Tomatoes as well, they’re very rich in water.
Some of the crunchy dense green vegetables like kale and broccoli are also over ninety percent water. You’re not only getting the nutrients that we know greens contain, but you’re also getting plenty of water.
In addition, you can think of a salad as not only being highly nutritious, but also being kind of like a bowl full of water.
You don’t have to get all of your water from liquids, you can get it from fruits and vegetables, apples, peaches, plums, and they’re all rich in water, too.
Stay hydrated, keep your body going.
