In line with Independence Day, there are some closures you should be aware of.

In addition to city offices being closed, the several street closure are planned across McAllen for their fireworks show. It starts orrow, beginning at 8:30 p.m. The intersections involving La Vista Avenue, Bicentennial and Pecan Boulevards will be affected the most.
