Promotion for Brownsville’s Finest Officers

In a simple ceremony, Orlando Rodriguez Interim Police Chief in Brownsville promoted two of his own.

Joined by family and friends, both officers went up in rank. Gerardo Serrata was promoted to Lieutenant and Supervisor, while his colleague Oscar Jaramillo now becomes a Sergeant.

Rodriguez assures that these promotion generate a challenge for new officers to aspire to. He added that within his corporation there is plenty of opportunity for cops to achieve a fulfilling professional career.
