Two men are in custody tonight in Cameron County after being thrown out of a birthday party and returning with guns.

It all started early Sunday morning when deputies were called to a residence on Coach Circle in Brownsville.

In attendance were 18-year-old, Oscar Lamas and 20-year-old, Nicolas de Jesus De La Paz.

Witnesses say they started arguing with other people at the party and were asked to leave, they did only to return shortly after armed with an AK-47, and a pistol along with some not so encouraging words.

Both Lamas and De La Paz are in custody with the Cameron county sheriff’s office tonight and a judge has set their bail at $75,000 each.
