President Barack Obama announced a new immigration policy to limit deportation for certain young illegal immigrants. It goes without saying that many here in the Rio Grande Valley will be directly affected by today’s decision. Fox 2 News Reporter Victoria Acosta-Rubio was with UTPA students watching the president’s announcement.
