Harlingen Man Turns Himself In for Child Indecency

Jesus Rodrigo Melendez voluntarily went to the police department yesterday, with his attorney. Last October, an adult female reported to authorities that Melendez allegedly engaged in ongoing sexual contact when she was 11 years old in 2005. Melendez was arraigned today. He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
