Major improvements to the American electric power (AEP) transmission system will affect magic valley electric cooperatives electric delivery system on Saturday, December 17th between 5:00am – 10:00am. As a result, approximately 4,000 homes and businesses will be without electric service for approximately 5 hours in the north Edinburg Lynn-San Manuel area.
