Family left homeless, after fire

Foxrio2.com is not responsible for any misunderstanding.Yesterday night at around 8:30, the Acosta family was getting ready to go to bed, when one of the family members realized that their house was engulfed in flames. Details as to what sparked the fire are still unknown, but it only took ten minutes for the fire to destroy one house severely damaged another leaving them without utilities, and causing minor damage on a third. Americo Acosta spoke to our cameras looking for help. If you wish to help out the family, on your screen is the number and person to call. The tragedy does not reflect on the face of 8-year-old Americo, yet he’s aware of his family’s needs. The family feels devastated, and as the holidays approach they hope the good will of the Rio Grande Valley will help them get back on their feet.
