Mother Charged After 3 year old son Dies

Rodriguez was in the Cameron county jail, her bond was set at $40,000.
Immigration and Cuss Enforcement barred the woman’s release until her immigration status is confirmed.
Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio said the woman was doing housework Tuesday and thought that all seven children in the house were watching television when her son, Francisco, wandered off.
