40 arraigned for Valverde flea market raid

The Hidalgo county sheriff’s department has made more arrests in connection to a raid at a local flea market
The seizure of hundreds of cd’s and dvd’s was made yesterday at the Valverde flea market in Donna. A total of 40 people are now behind bars, while some of them were already arraigned this afternoon for charges of piracy. It was informed that from the group of 40 people arrested, 33 of them are illegal immigrants who are in custody.
