4 killed in brutal murder

42-year-old Roberto Aguirre Rojas turned himself in on Sunday after he killed his two stepsons, his own child, and his mother in law. He intended to kill his wife although she was the only survivor. The shootings took place in the city of Alton off n mile seven and Minnesota roads in their home. Rojas was arraigned this afternoon in Hidalgo County and was denied bond.
Rojas and his wife Amelia were married for five years, and have been separated for about three months. They had some marital problems although none like the altercation that occurred Saturday night.
Everyone was allegedly sleeping when Rojas went on his killing spree. 6-year-old Sylvester Garza and 8-year-old Mauro Garza were Amelia
